Preheat oven to 425°F.
Pat wings dry with paper towel and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with sea salt and bake for twelve minutes. Remove from oven and flip wings. Place back in the oven and bake for another ten minutes.
While the wings are baking for the second time, melt the butter in a pot over medium heat taking care not to burn it.
Add the hot sauce to the melted butter and mix thoroughly, continue to cook on low heat for five minutes .
When the wings are done place in a large bowl and pour the hot sauce mixture over them.
Toss the wings and hot sauce mixture until well coated.
Remove wings from the bowl with tongs and arrange them nicely on a plate, and sprinkle with finely chopped fresh cilantro.
Tip - Mix the remaining sauce mixture with a little sour cream for dipping sauce on the side
