Pico De Gallo
- 3 tbsp Caliente Habanero Hot Sauce
- 6 medium tomatoes
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 3 limes for juicing
- 1 ½ tbsp sea salt
Finely dice and chop the vegetables, and add to a large bowl.
Cut the limes in half and squeeze juice into the bowl.
Add the salt and hot sauce, mixing all ingredients thoroughly .
Adjust salt, lime juice, and hot sauce to taste.
